Join our International FMCG client as they expand their Cyber Security team. We're seeking an IT and OT security professional with a solid grasp of both IT and OT Security. Your mission: to develop and maintain cybersecurity strategies, fortifying critical infrastructure against cyber threats.

What you can expect:

• Conducting thorough security evaluations across multiple factory locations in Europe.
• Crafting and deploying security solutions meeting industry standards.
• Establishing and enforcing IT and OT security protocols.
• Coordinating audits and tests to ensure OT systems' security.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align security initiatives with organizational goals.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in IT security, with at least 2 years in OT.
• Experienced in security assessments and policy enforcement.
• Familiarity with ICS and SCADA environments.
• Strong grasp of threat modelling and risk assessment.
• Experience with OT security frameworks (eg, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP) and IT frameworks (eg, ISO27001, NIST CSF).
• Familiarity with cloud-based security and incident handling.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month across Europe.

Must be based in either of these locations; United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Hungary, Spain, or Ireland. (Rewarding salaries for each location).
