UX Consultant with Veeva Vault RIM experience (Contract)

Location: Denmark, Remote from home Country: Denmark Rate: Negotiable on experience

Assignment description

We are looking for a UX professional with Vault experience:

Research of Vault users, mapping, identifying pains and needs, user test of Vault user flows, specification and adjustments of Vault user flows, design proposals of Vault user flows.

IDMP will add a quite big complexity to an already complex Vault RIM system.

We have heard from peers - who have already implemented IDMP in Vault RIM - that for some end users it seems to be the last drop that makes them give up on using Vault RIM. So they are looking into whether changing overarching process landscape (moving from decentralized processes to centralized) or adding a new system on-top of Vault RIM. Both very difficult tasks. Tasks we really want to steer out of.

We believe IDMP and the entire Vault RIM stream in the SuLa ART would benefit hugely (here meaning our end users) from having a dedicated UX colleague to research end-user needs in Vault RIM, pitfalls, opportunities for improving the system and the process flows and so on.

The focus for the UX person should be

  • Research how users today navigate, use, go through the different processes and features in Vault RIM. (I believe this research will be of huge interest not just to IDMP but also DevOps A/B and future Vault RIM applications). This research will give us insights into where things are difficult today and how our end users work in Vault RIM when working on submissions etc.
  • Next step is to be the users ambassador in our IDMP implementation project.
  • Ensure that the configuration is aligned with users needs, simplifying, and ensuring that our end users needs are heard and understood.
  • This also entails authoring of help text, providing with claims to Veeva, test experience and validate.
  • The UX would probably also work with the Veeva UI responsible to ask about possibilities in changing the interface and so on.
  • The person should have already worked with Vault RIM or similar Vault installations.
  • Hopefully we would be able to mitigate the issues regarding over complexifying Vault RIM, for the benefit of IDMP, end users and DevOps future tickets.
  • And ultimately making it easier to submit, speaking into our goals on getting faster to market.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Veeva Vault preferable Vault RIM.
  • UX Designer
  • Veeva UI

Should be capable of digital UX tools for:

  • User research
  • User test
  • Prototyping

More specific: Notion, Dovetail, Figma, Miro, Maze
