We are looking for a (Agile Coach/Scrum Master)/Training Specialist with SC Clearance in London with one of our leading client.

Skills Required:

SC Cleared

  • Need 10-15 years of experience.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and the wider stakeholder group.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer through engaging and interactive training methods
  • Design engaging curriculum and learning materials configured to the types of stakeholder and their specific demands
  • Develop instructional materials that align with company goals and core values.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Proven experience in delivering training programs, especially for transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the banking and financial sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to create effective teaching plans and materials.
  • Understand talent development and growth strategies.
  • Align training initiatives with company objectives.
  • Ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Have experience with transformation programs in the banking and financial sector
  • Proven experience in delivering training programs, especially for transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the banking and financial sector is highly desirable.
  • Industry Experience and Product Implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
