We are currently seeking a supplier to provide us with Test Lead/Manager services across a Security Cleared client. On behalf of Mosaic Island, you will provide Testing expertise for digital systems. The focus being in and around Networks, Hosting, Applications and End-User Computing/Systems.

Extensive familiarity with IT digital supplier organisations and their operational approaches, preferably gained from within such organisations and proficient in understanding and implementing Testing Services. Experienced in designing and delivering these, ideally in both supplier and client environments to grasp their functionality from both perspectives.

Deliverables to include:

• Timely delivery of the pre-transition (Exit) work packages as it relates to testing and acceptance.
• Timely delivery of the supplier transition (Onboarding) work packages as it relates to testing and acceptance.
• Engagement with and development of key relationships with supplier exit, transition and service Leads, Authority change and release Leads, service tower leads, programme colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership of the end to end IT digital supplier service transition test strategy and framework including all related tools, products, processes, dependencies, measures and controls.
• Assurance of and compliance with the Transition Programme Governance Gates and Acceptance into Service processes.

Key Test Lead Supplier Experience:

• Understanding of technology based test strategy and compliance requirements, data protection regulations and familiarity with IT digital service transition governance and acceptance into service processes.
• Adept in understanding how supplier relationships function within a disaggregated supplier landscape.
• Possesses first-hand experience in navigating such dynamics and comprehends the advantages and limitations associated with them.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and/or application technology based test tools, products, services, measures, data points and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills required to understand and translate operational technology requirements into supporting test plans and scripts.
• Experience in designing and creating test strategies including associated test plans, scripts, use cases and evidence based test results in either an infrastructure and/or application environment.
• Experience in successfully achieving both technical and service based test acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing analytical test resources including defect management and remediation.
• Experience implementing and/or managing Networks, Hosting, Applications and End User Services (Desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• SC Cleared (Current)
• Previous experience in MOD or Defense environment highly desirable

We are looking for someone to start ASAP. The initial contract would be 6-12 months+. You will be expected to work in a hybrid arrangement with travel to the office in Salisbury, Wiltshire around 2 times a week. MUST have valid/active SC Clearance (Or DV).
