TrinIT Talent are looking for a Service Designer to come on board for a 3 month contract based in London (Hybrid). This role falls Out of Scope of IR35 and is paying £350 per day.
Job Description:-
Key skills:-
Develop and maintain the service provider's strategy in cooperation with business and IT senior management.
Manage the Service Portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the strategic objectives and represents a broad spectrum of customer needs.
Communicate the service strategy effectively across the organization and to stakeholders.
Define and implement service management processes and policies in line with ITIL V3 guidelines.
Lead the Service Design process and manage the service design team.
Develop and maintain the Service Design Package (SDP), ensuring it meets the agreed service requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, enterprise architects, and IT planners to align IT services with business needs.
Ensure the design of services is consistent with governance frameworks, policies, and strategy.
Oversee the capacity, availability, continuity, and service level management processes.
Coordinate with the Service Transition team to ensure smooth handover of service designs.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Oversee the Service Transition process and manage the transition team.
Plan and coordinate service transitions, ensuring they meet the defined service acceptance criteria.
Manage risks and resolve issues that affect the service transition activities.
Ensure that all service changes are recorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled manner.
Develop and maintain the Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS).
Provide clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the service transition process.
