Cyber Security Advisor - SC Cleared - Hybrid Work - Long Term contract

Empiric are looking for a skilled Security Cleared Information Assurance/Cyber Security Advisor for a Central Government Client of ours based just outside of Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to join a very exciting programme at a pivotal stage on a long term contract basis.

Skills & Experience;

  • Experience providing Advice, Guidance and assuring documentation against security standards like NIST, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials & NPSA Regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience operating over multiple teams with a large number of internal & external stakeholders.
  • Awareness of a broad range of IT solutions and awareness of security Architecture to help identify the most optimal solutions.
  • Cyber Security & Risk management capabilities.
  • Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, MS Office suite

Details;

  • 2 Days onsite in Glasgow
  • Active SC Clearance (needs to have been used within the last 12 months)
  • 6 month rolling contract on a 3 year programme
  • £550+ Inside ir35
