1st Line Service Desk Analyst - £210/day (Outside IR35), 6 Month Contract
3 days per week on site in Buckinghamshire/Milton Keynes area - commutable from Northampton, East Midlands, Bedford, Luton or Central London.
This role is working in a Security Cleared environment. A minimum of SC clearance is required for this role. Therefore, you will need to be SC cleared or eligible to undertake SC Security Clearance.
Requirements:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide 1st line technical support, working within the Service Desk team. You will support customers via email, phone, or chat, delivering a high level of service. You will handle incidents and service requests, ensuring adherence to SLA targets, while demonstrating excellent customer-facing skills, both written and verbal. You will identify and escalate issues that require critical thinking and problem-solving.
Experience:
Proven experience in a Service Desk environment, with a deep understanding of Incident and Request Fulfilment processes.
Familiarity with priority classifications and SLAs.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, willing to support across different areas as needed.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of remote working technologies such as MSTSC, MSRA, and iLO.
Proficiency in Microsoft O/S and applications (Windows Server 2012, Exchange 2013, SQL 2008, Windows 10, Office365).
Good understanding of general networking technologies.
