Cyber Security Engineer (Contract)

Location: Turin Country: Italy Rate: Market rate
 

Presence: Smart working 2 days a week

Overview:

The ideal candidate will join our esteemed Cyber Security team, tasked with a range of responsibilities as directed by the Cyber Security manager. This role encompasses cyber security requirement analysis, comprehensive testing including Fuzz and Penetration tests, result documentation, and anomaly management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cyber security requirement analysis.

- Author and execute tests for Fuzz and Penetration testing.

- Document test results thoroughly.

- Effectively manage anomalies as they arise.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of practical experience in Real Time/Embedded cyber security environments.

- Proficiency in ISO 21434 standards.

- Experience with Fuzz and Penetration testing methodologies.

- Proficiency in both Italian and English languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in automotive, rail, or bio-medical industries.

- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST CSF, and TISAX standards.

- Understanding of encryption algorithms.

- Knowledgeable in Vulnerability and TARA analysis.

- Familiarity with Secure Boot, Secure Firmware Update, and Secure UDS protocols.

- Understanding of V-model processes such as ASPICE (or CMMI).

- Proficiency with bug-tracking management tools like Redmine or JIRA.

- Familiarity with requirement management tools like DOORS.

- Knowledge of CAN/LIN/UDS/J1939 bus systems.

- Understanding of Functional Safety standards such as ISO 26262/25119.
