Kantar Profiles is seeking a Senior Survey Programmer to join our world-class team. As a Senior Survey Programmer at Kantar Profiles, you will have a pivotal role in supporting the strategic alignment of our internal programming processes. You will be responsible for programming complex surveys using the Decipher platform, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery of client projects. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and your manager to implement improvements and streamline operations, thereby upholding our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply your expertise in Decipher to program a diverse range of intricate surveys.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement effective strategies to improve operational procedures and drive efficiency.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and ensure utmost satisfaction with programming output.
  • Collaborate with outsourced programming teams, providing technical support and guidance tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Support other internal teams on initiatives and contribute to Research on Research efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience programming in Decipher/Forsta.
  • Extensive programming experience with HTML, CSS, Python, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting demanding timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships with individuals or groups involved in the project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
